Ashkon is a sound designer based in Vancouver, BC, with a deep passion for storytelling through sound.
He is a graduate of Vancouver Film School’s Sound Design for Visual Media program, where he honed his skills in audio post-production for film, television, and digital media. He also holds a degree in Political Science from Simon Fraser University, bringing a unique perspective to his creative work through a strong understanding of narrative, communication, and human behavior. Whether it’s refining a performance through crisp dialogue editing or building a fully immersive sonic environment, Ashkon is dedicated to delivering high-quality, impactful audio that supports and elevates the visual story.

Focusing on bringing an unforgettable audio experience from the big screen of the cinema to the television from across your living room, August brings sound design that will have you completely enthralled in any film or game that you are exposed to. With over a year of sound design experience, backed by over three years of working with audio in various creative settings, he has collaborated on a range of several independent short films in addition to creating a game in the span of under 6 months for a student project. August uses a methodical approach to his workflow where he meticulously plans out his creative direction, giving him the freedom to experiment, explore, and make sound choices which seamlessly mix to tie together any project that he works on.

With +7 years in the musical scene and +3 years in the sound circuit, Brandon is an experienced and reliable Music Composer and Re-recording Mixer for film, animation, documentaries, and video games. His work has been featured in multiple official film festival selections across Mexico and Canada, including features for MUBI and DocuFilm León. Trained at Vancouver Film School, he specializes in full sound design, re-recording mixing, and original music; with a strong specialty in weird and disruptive approaches to mixing; some see his vision, others don’t.

With a year of experience in sound design for advertising, CJ effectively bridges the gap between technical innovation and artistic expression, bringing precision and creative vision to every audio project.

Fontaine is an experienced audio professional with a background spanning education and creative production. Previously working as a Teaching Assistant at Vancouver Film School, mentoring students in audio techniques while contributing to their growth. Currently serving as co-founder and Sound Director at an independent game studio. She provides comprehensive audio services including general editing for film projects (background ambience, foley, sound effects and music integration), technical sound design for games, implementation of interactive audio systems and sound direction. Adaptable to fill various audio roles as needed, bringing both creative vision and technical expertise to each project.

Hayden (Ragz) Pereira

With a background in dance, live performance, and short films centered around movement, Hayden (Ragz) has been drawn to storytelling through the arts. This foundation sparked a deep appreciation for the role of sound in cinema, games and anime, ultimately guiding them toward a passion for sound design. They graduated from VFS, specializing in creating immersive audio experiences through close collaboration with students from different programs. From crafting glittering magical textures to designing visceral, emotional stingers, he thrives on the emotional weight sound can carry.
Outside of their academic work, Hayden (Ragz) is an active member of a music collective that fosters a constant exchange of ideas and inspiration. This collaborative environment keeps them in a creative flow, both formally and casually and fuels their ongoing growth as a sound designer. Their mission is clear: to master the craft of audio storytelling and continue pushing the boundaries of what sound can evoke.

Kimberley brings stories to life through sound as a Foley artist and sound designer. She specializes in crafting authentic, immersive audio that makes media feel real – from diverse footsteps to richly textured sound details in films, animations, and games. With a background in Digital Music and Sound Design, she balances technical precision with creative intuition. In addition to Foley performance, Kimberley has honed her skills in audio editing and music editing, creating cohesive sound experiences that enhance storytelling.

As a Sound Designer and Mixer in post-production audio for film and visual media. Kolby is drawn to creating eerie, atmospheric soundscapes that add weight to a scene. His approach is heavily inspired by the sound design of horror games like Outlast, Resident Evil, and Dead Space, where ambient detail, a sense of space, and silence build tension in ways visuals can’t. Kolby aims to create sound that supports the story without getting in the way — unsettling when it needs to be, invisible when it doesn’t.

Due to his background working on projects, and his degrees in Sound Design at Vancouver Film School and Technology of Game Development in PUC-MG (Brazil), Leo is confident and thrives in collaborative and diverse settings. His trained ear and creative insight to recording and curating environmental audio samples brings precision, passion, and a deep understanding of sound to every set.

Richie graduated from SAE Institute Mexico, where he gained comprehensive experience as an Audio Engineer; working in post production and experimental music studios, becoming a full-on producer, recordist, editor, mixer and certified pro tools post professional. After it, he enrolled in Vancouver Film School Sound Program where he further developed and specialized his skills into sound design, game development, game audio implementation and re-recording mixing. Focusing on delivering an engaging and impactful experience that resonates and links the story with the audience for both linear and interactive media.

A graduate of Vancouver Film School’s Sound Design for Visual Media program, Shah has contributed to high-profile campaigns such as Mountain Dew, 7up, and Peek Freans, as well as an unannounced game title. He specializes in bringing your vision to life through his diverse sound design. Whether creating cinematic sound effects, editing dialogue, mixing audio, or implementing assets in Wwise, he brings a deep commitment to storytelling through sound. Shah is driven, collaborative, and attentive—he listens closely to client feedback and makes sure their ideas are fully realized in the final product.
